By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing on 2pm ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to buy or sell on 2pm. Accounts are personal; you are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2pm operates as a marketplace. Products — indicators, strategies, educational material, mentorship, and community listings — are created and sold by independent creators. 2pm facilitates discovery, payment, and delivery; it does not author, endorse, or guarantee third-party products unless a listing is explicitly marked Official.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, abuses the platform, charges back fraudulently, or harms other users. We may change these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Member: anyone with an account. Includes marketplace access, purchases, wishlist, and reviews.

Verified: identity-confirmed users and creators with a track record of clean releases and responsive support. Verified status can be revoked for policy violations.

Premium: paid membership with per-product discounts and website color customization. Premium billing renews per the plan shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time; access runs until the end of the paid period.

Mentor: approved to list mentorship and accept bookings. Moderator: trusted staff handling reports and moderation. Admin: 2pm staff with full marketplace management.

Role badges reflect platform standing only. They are not a credential, licence, or endorsement of trading skill.

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction may impose. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.

Digital products are delivered to your dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed. If delivery fails, contact 2pm support and we will restore access or refund the purchase.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, or publicly share the files unless the creator's listing explicitly grants those rights.

Lifetime access means access for as long as the platform and the product remain available. It does not guarantee perpetual updates or that a creator will keep publishing.

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final once the product has been downloaded or the licence activated, except where required by law or as set out below.

You are entitled to a refund if the product is materially different from its listing description, if it does not function on the platform it is advertised for, if you were charged more than once for the same item, or if delivery never completed.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase through your dashboard or the 2pm support channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and revoke the associated licence.

Mentorship bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable at the mentor's discretion.

Dissatisfaction with trading results is not grounds for a refund. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.

Creators retain ownership of their intellectual property and grant 2pm a non-exclusive licence to host, display, market, and deliver their products to buyers.

Creators warrant that they own or are licensed to sell everything they upload, that listings are accurate, and that products contain no malware, hidden telemetry, or unauthorised third-party code.

2pm charges a platform commission on each sale, disclosed in the creator studio before publishing. Remaining proceeds are paid out on the schedule shown in your studio, subject to a holding period covering refunds and chargebacks.

Creators are responsible for product support, update notes, and honouring their stated policies. Repeated unresolved support failures, misleading claims, or guaranteed-profit marketing will result in delisting.

Creators may remove listings at any time. Existing buyers keep access to what they purchased.

Do not upload, sell, or promote: pirated or cracked software, signal-selling schemes promising fixed returns, unlicensed financial advice, ponzi or recruitment schemes, malware, scraped or resold third-party content, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

Do not manipulate reviews, create fake accounts, harass other users, circumvent platform fees by moving buyers off-platform, or attempt to breach platform security.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience with a verified purchase. Incentivised or fabricated reviews are removed and may cost you your account.

We collect what is needed to run the marketplace: your account identifiers (including Discord profile data you authorise at login), email address, purchase and licence records, support messages, and basic technical logs such as IP address and device type.

We use this data to authenticate you, deliver products, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details never touch 2pm servers; we store only the transaction reference and status. Authentication and database services are provided by our hosting infrastructure partners acting as processors under contract.

We keep purchase and tax records for as long as legally required, and other account data until you delete your account. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data through support; we respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for sessions and preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

The 2pm name, logo, site design, and platform code are owned by 2pm. Product content belongs to its creator.

If you believe content on 2pm infringes your copyright, send a notice through the support channel including: identification of the work, the URL of the infringing listing, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act.

We remove infringing content promptly and terminate repeat infringers. Creators may submit a counter-notice if they believe a removal was mistaken.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit with leveraged products.

Nothing on 2pm — including indicators, strategies, courses, mentorship, chat messages, or marketing copy — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No product offered on the platform guarantees any result.

Backtested or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and does not represent actual trading. Past performance does not indicate future results.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Seek independent licensed advice before acting.

The platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2pm is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or any product bought through it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, 2pm's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to 2pm in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify 2pm against claims arising from your content, your listings, or your misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at 2pm's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled first through good-faith support escalation.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
